• Caretaker available between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
• Bathtub does not have hot water.
• Property is located within a gated society.
• Guests do not have access to the society swimming pool or gym.
• Shared lawn area may also be used by society residents.

• Light cooking only.
• Tea, coffee, instant noodles, and infant food preparation permitted.
• Elaborate cooking is not allowed.
• Non-vegetarian cooking is not permitted inside the kitchen.
• Ordering food from outside is allowed.
